Gaja Gaia & Rey Chardonnay 2023 finca-fella drawn from one of Mercurey’sThe Chardonnay Gaia & Rey di Gaja is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the territories of Treiso and Serralunga dAlba, in the province of Cuneo, and coming from vines about 40 years old. During the winemaking process, alcoholic fermentation, which converted sugars into alcohol, took place in barriques.
