with good acidity and a long finish

the estate was purchased by the Wertheimer family in 1996

this is a project in which other members of the family have been actively involved

genuinely interesting

Pietradolce Etna Rosso DOC Rampante 2021 cabernet sauvignon Parcels were kept on skinsThe wine has a delicate bouquet of aromas of dark red cherries, flowers, mint and licorice. In the mouth the wine is the wine complex, wonderfully fresh and lively, slightly minerally, with a very nice challenging mix of ethereal sweetness, fine acidity and interesting salty note.
