9ct Gold Garnet Cluster & Starburst Heart Halo Ring Earrings Size K 1/2A 9ct gold vintage ring with a cluster of seven garnets placed into a flower shape. The garnets are surrounded by a heart shaped halo, with a decorative starburst pattern diamond cut into it. The stars reflect the light beautfully when moved and creates a beautiful glow around the central stones. Fully hallmarked from Birminham, 1980. Size P. Resizable.
